I had an issue with my motorised roller blind and was having a really difficult time figuring out what was wrong with it. He came out, diagnosed the problem quickly, and repaired it properly. He was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful throughout the process.
I really appreciate the time and effort he put into fixing the blind instead of simply recommending an expensive replacement. The blind is working perfectly again.
